It has an A12 Bionic processor which is a six-core processor manufactured by TSMC on a 7nm process. The iPhone XS has 4GB of RAM and 64GB, 256GB, or 512GB of NAND flash storage. The iPhone XS has a 12-megapixel rear camera with dual optical image stabilization. It also has a 7-megapixel front-facing camera.
